What is a pop up wedding?

A pop up wedding is a fun and fresh way for couples to say "I do" or "I do, again".  It involves everything you would expect in a wedding day but condensed into a small amount of time, that is, approximately 2.5 hours.

A lot of people think pop up weddings are spontaneous and quick. This can be true but we also plan in detail your elopement, wedding, vow renewal or commitment ceremony up to 18 months in advance!

The concept of a pop up wedding is well known internationally, particularly in Las Vegas where The Pop Up Wedding Chapel has become an icon. And it's fast becoming a popular alternative to traditional style weddings in Australia.

Our ceremony packages include:

Your very own dedicated wedding planner, an amazing venue or location, ceremony furniture and styling, ceremony music, an Authorised Marriage Celebrant with all your legal paperwork, a one or two hour photo shoot with up to 150 edited digital images, a semi-naked wedding cake with a fresh floral topper, bridal bouquet, a champagne toast, consults and on-the-day wedding coordination!





You can continue your day with a picnic lunch, cocktail party, an intimate dinner or even a full wedding reception - it's entirely up to you.

Bring along just yourselves and two witnesses or pick a bunch of your closest family and friends to celebrate with you. We'll only limit the number of your guests to your venue's capacity.

You can choose to book a 90-minute time slot at a Gold Coast or Brisbane Pop Up Wedding day event where we've already got the date and venue covered, or book our team for a 2.5 hour tailored pop up wedding where you can choose your own venue, time and date.

At a Gold Coast, Brisbane or Byron Bay Pop Up Wedding day event, there will be other couples using the same ceremony location throughout the day but we will ensure you and your guests have complete exclusivity and privacy for the duration of your 90-minute package.

What is a pop up event?
It's a day where you can have a private, 90-minute pop up wedding from $2400. We preselect the date and venue, all you have to do is select your time, invite your guests and turn up to commit to the one you love!

How many guests can I invite?
Unlike other pop up wedding companies, there's no limit on the number of guests. You can have just the two of you or even 150 guests, we'll only limit the number of people to what the venue can physically hold.

Does your team travel?
For sure! We're open to travelling to where ever you need us to be (subject to our availability, of course). We regularly pop into Byron Bay, Brisbane and even the Sunshine Coast to conduct pop up weddings. 

Do you cater for same sex couples?
Yes we certainly do and are strong supporters of same sex marriage. All our packages are available to same sex couples who are wanting to celebrate their union and commitment to each other.
